- Facilitated by
BIANSW and ANTS
- Venue:
-
Level 4, 140 Elizabeth Street,
Sydney,
NSW
NADA is partnering with BIA NSW to offer NADA member services the opportunity to undertake four training modules in working with clients who may have an acquired brain injury (ABI).
Recent screening at one NADA member service found over 50% of clients had indicators of mild to severe cognitive impairment demonstrating the extent of this hidden disability in the drug and alcohol sector. These workshops will provide drug and alcohol staff with a range of information and skills to help recognise and work effectively with clients with an ABI.
Members can register for one or all modules, remember that module one (or equivalent) is a pre-requisite for modules 2,3 & 4.
