In a challenging and under-resourced sector, it is so important that we each demonstrate compassion for people accessing our services as well as for each other. Creating safety for workers requires awareness of wellbeing as a collective responsibility.
This workshop will offer an opportunity to connect with other members in the non-government AOD sector, share experiences and workshop approaches to collective care and justice doing.
