WHOS (We Help Ourselves) is one of Australia’s premier non-government alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment providers. With services based in NSW and Queensland we offer a range of evidence-based programs, information can be accessed at -

WHOS provides residential and non-residential services in Goulburn NSW. 

The manager role requires a motivated and committed individual with leadership, coordination, negotiation, networking, communication and teamworking skills to provide management for all WHOS services in the Southern NSW region. 

  • SCHADS Award Level 8.
  • Salary packaging available.
  • Relocation support can be provided by negotiation


Applicants will need to demonstrate their capacity to:
  • manage services and staff that provide AOD treatment, mental health support, case management and group-based programs in residential and non-residential settings
  • utilise information management systems including electronic client file and data management systems, to monitor service performance and reporting
  • compile internal reports on established KPIs required by WHOS and funding bodies.
  • Management qualifications or relevant experience 
  • Health or human service sector experience
  • Experience working in AOD, mental health or related field
  • Knowledge of AOD Harm Reduction approaches
  • Experience managing a service in residential and day program settings
  • Networking experience
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Unrestricted driver's license.
  • WHOS adheres to the NSW Health recommendations for vaccination.
