DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the risk management framework at Odyssey NSW.
- Investigate and manage client safety issues and the Incident Management System.
- Lead the accreditation process across the organisation.
- Oversee, develop and maintain the Policy and Procedure framework.
- Lead and manage the Quality Improvement Framework and quality improvement program across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain a quality audit program.
- Be an active member of the WHS committee.
