Does your organisation or board need a governance refresh? We can help.
Good governance is an essential part of running a well-functioning not-for-profit organisation. It’s the system of rules, policies and procedures that keeps your organisation transparent, accountable and law abiding.
We know how difficult it can be for organisations to create good governance frameworks and maintain them when the law changes.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Justice Connect’s Not-for-profit Law program to offer 15 free Governance Health Checks to eligible* members of NADA.
Step 2: If your organisation is eligible, Not-for-profit Law will send you a link to a 40-minute online Governance Health Check questionnaire for you to fill out.
Step 3: Not-for-profit Law will contact you to provide tailored governance legal advice and recommendations.
If you would like to discuss this initiative with a member of the NADA team, contact Robert.
* Eligibility will be determined in accordance with Not-for-profit Law’s current eligibility guidelines and its legal professional obligations. Factors taken into consideration in determining eligibility include (but are not limited to) whether or not the organisation is a not-for-profit organisation or social enterprise, whether it serves the public interest, and whether it can afford to pay for legal assistance.
