7 October, 11am–11.45am, online

Do you need legal help with understanding and navigating the impacts of COVID-19 on your organisation?

The circumstances when a community organisation can require their workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 are fast-changing and can be difficult to understand.

That’s why Not-for-profit Law’s team of lawyers and network of pro bono law firms are available to provide free legal advice* on COVID-19 vaccinations and workplace rights.

They can help you make sense of questions such as:

  • can an organisation ask its workers to be vaccinated?
  • can a worker refuse to get vaccinated and, if so, what steps can you take?
  • how do anti-discrimination, privacy and work health and safety laws interact with the requirement to get vaccinated?
