Reporting to the Senior Residential Counsellor and the Programs & Clinical Manager, you will be responsible to provide support to clients of Foundation House and to assist in the operations of the residential program.
  • Remuneration based on SCHADS Award
  • Flexible shift work hours (including weekends and/or overnight)


  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Min. Cert IV AOD or equivalent)
  • Minimum 12 months professional experience in the Drug & Alcohol Sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of the major issues facing clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • Sound communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and administration skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current LR drivers licence (or willingness to get one)
