This position will be based at WHOS Broughton Hall, a 100 bed residential facility in Lilyfield NSW which provides therapeutic services for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with Alcohol and Other Drug dependence.
We are seeking a self-initiating, motivated and experienced person to fill this role of providing Catering Services and Catering skills training for clients which includes;
• Ensuring quality meals are available to clients within the timeframe allocated
• Ensure WHS standards are maintained
• Overseeing and coordination of catering skills development for clients
• To be responsible for purchasing and inventory of all supplies
