Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and Executive team to achieve organizational objectives and successful projects.
• Preparing a range of executive level documents including but not limited to briefings, business cases, correspondence, presentations and board reports as required.
• Support in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Strategic and Operational Plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and projects, such as accreditation.
• Work with the Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to undertake routine data maintenance procedures, as well as provide analysis to identify trends and insights that inform performance improvement strategies.
Skills/Selection Criteria
• Demonstrated experience in executive and/or corporate support in a health or related organisation.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to details and the ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in utilising and supporting data (such as demonstrated Excel skills or equivalent).
• Experience developing a range of documentation, including briefings, reports, correspondence, and business cases.
• Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide advice and recommendations.
• Proven abilities in organisation, prioritisation, flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines.

The salary range for this role is $86,000-91,000 per year + superannuation. As a registered charity, Odyssey House NSW is also able to provide Salary Packaging for this role.
