Stream 1 closes 9 December
The Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs (CAOD) has opened a grant opportunity to improve the capacity of existing AOD services to work with the families, carers and friends of people using AOD. The grants enhance the existing service system to deliver family-inclusive, culturally responsive and evidence-based supports to the families, carers and friends of people using AOD to improve their loved one’s treatment outcomes, and their own capacity to cope.
- Stream 1 is open now: For NGOs and Aboriginal community-controlled health organisations
Up to $250,000 per organisation per year for an initial 3 years, with a total of $2 million per annum
- Stream 2 is coming soon: For Aboriginal community-controlled health organisations only
Total of $1 million per annum available
ACCHOs may apply for both Stream 1 and Stream 2, but only one grant will be awarded to any organisation.
Review the guidelines and application documents on the CAOD webpage.
