Expression of interest: Diploma of Leadership and Management

NADA have partnered with the Centre for Community Welfare Training (CCWT) to deliver the nationally recognised Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) to NADA members in team leader and manager roles. CCWT training is delivered by experienced community sector trainers with course material that has been tailored through NADA member consultation.

Training is designed for team leaders and managers with less than 3 years of experience in the role. First Nations workers and people working in regional, rural and remote locations will be prioritised.

Training commitment is 14 days in total, including 10 days in-person workshops (at the NADA office, Woolloomooloo), 4 days virtual workshops, plus up to 8 days of additional study to complete assessment activities. Training modules are delivered as blocks of 2 days, every ~6 weeks. Participants are expected to complete their qualification within 12-18 months. Please consider the commitment required and you must gain your manager’s endorsement as part of the EOI process.
