How can a NADA member raise a matter at a general meeting?
The NADA annual general meeting is held in Sydney during the month of November. Notice of general meetings are sent to NADA members at least 14 days prior. Terms or resolutions for discussion at general meetings (including Annual and Special general meetings) must be submitted in writing by members addressed to the NADA CEO, Robert Stirling.
Submission must be emailed to Robert no later than three weeks prior to the general meeting.
Can NADA members request a general meeting?
A special general meeting must be convened by the NADA board of directors within one month of receiving a written request. The request must include endorsement from at least 15% of NADA members which:
A. states the purpose or purposes of the meeting, and
B. is signed by the members making the requisition, and
C. is lodged with the Chief Executive Officer or their delegate, and
D. may consist of several documents in a similar form, each signed by one or more of the members making the requisition
