Essential data collection skills: Administering COMS
This webinar is for frontline workers, managers and other service staff who collect data on behalf of their program.
The collection of client outcome measures is an important tool in tracking client progress and service delivery. The NADAbase Client Outcome Measurement System (COMS) assists with the measuring of client outcomes in non-government drug and alcohol organisations in NSW. NADAbase COMS incorporates four domains: mental health, substance use and dependence, general health and wellbeing and BBV.
Join us as we explore how to weave client outcomes questions into therapeutic conversation, and identify practical tips for workers to engage clients in the outcomes measurement process.
