Requirement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Community Services, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma).
- Demonstrated experience in case management, particularly with clients with complex needs (e.g., co-occurring mental health issues, homelessness, or criminal justice involvement).
- Strong knowledge of community resources and ability to collaborate effectively with other service providers.
- Professional, ethical, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with data collection systems.
- Valid NSW driver’s licence (unencumbered).
