Description
TGFM Operations Manager’s primary objective is to ensure the high-quality case management of every client that enters The Glen. This means supporting the whole therapeutic team in meeting clients where they’re at, identifying the underlying causes of their substance use and offering them the appropriate support. This role requires attention to detail and meticulous planning and organisational skills. The Operations Manager is required to build strong relationships with service providers to support our clients.
You will be managing at least 3 team members, and multiple students and volunteers.
TGFM Operations Manager works closely with the Head of Corporate Services and Shared Services team, particularly data and compliance. You will be expected to drive modifications to the client management system, so it can better help staff to support clients.
Requirement
- Qualifications in Drug and Alcohol or Community Services or any other relevant qualifications
- The ability to make measured decisions, based on facts
- The ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong case management experience
- Project management skills and the ability to execute ideas
- Leadership & role modelling The Glen Group values
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer & technology skills (inc. experience with client management systems)
- Networking and relationship management skills
- Experience in running group counselling sessions
