Description
Therapeutic workers across The Glen Group supervise clients in line with routine and provide individual case management based on the ADARRN Model of Care. This means taking a strength-based, trauma-informed approach and linking clients with the appropriate stakeholders to address their underlying issues.
This role is a full time, shift work position where you will be required to work day, afternoon, overnight and weekend shifts.
Requirement
- Ability to case manage yourself.
- Ability to network and build relationships that add value to client journey.
- Communication skills (written and verbal) and be a great listener.
- Good computer & technology skills (including the ability to use and improve Client Management System)
- Ability to provide solutions when you identify a problem.
- Ability to plan your work, and manage your priorities, focus and time.
- Understanding of risk.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to separate fact from fiction/emotion, and make decisions based on facts.
- Ability to negotiate complex issues with clients.
