Description
The Clinical Nurse Lead is responsible for operational management of the Coffs Harbour Residential Service.
This includes leading the development and delivery of a comprehensive treatment and recovery program, covering aspects from assessment to discharge.
The role involves providing leadership, support, and expert advice to a passionate team of Support Workers.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and extensive experience in a related service delivery setting.
- Experience in supporting a multidisciplinary team and managing complex client needs.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in treatment and recovery.
- Strong leadership, consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must complete a National Police History Check and hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Active APHRA Nursing registration is required.
