Description

The Board Observer participates in Board meetings in a non-voting capacity, contributing insights and developing governance skills. The role provides a culturally safe pathway into board leadership and strengthens First Nations voice within Guthrie House.

Requirement

This position is open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women under section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Cultural knowledge, lived experience, and community connection are highly valued.
