2021 NADA Annual General Meeting
The 2021 NADA Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm Monday, 15 November 2021. In line with the times, this will be a virtual event, and further details of the event and registrations will be circulated soon.
Nominations for the election of Directors
NADA is calling for nominations for the election of three (3) Directors at the 2021 AGM.

Candidates must be current financial members of NADA and submit a NADA Board nomination form.
Nomination forms are to be emailed by COB Thursday, 7 October 2021
Call for resolutions
In line with section 7.9 of the NADA Constitution, agenda items or resolutions for discussion at general meetings (including Annual and Special general meetings) must be submitted in writing by members to the Chief Executive Officer no later than three weeks prior to the general meeting. The Board shall determine whether such items will be placed on the agenda to be discussed at the relevant general meeting
If members wish to place any additional items on the agenda, they must contact Robert Stirling (NADA CEO), by COB Friday, 22 October 2021, with details about the item/s.|
