Challenges and opportunities for the non government AOD workforce

In June 2022, NADA prepared an issues paper outlining the pressing concerns facing the non government AOD sector workforce. This paper calls for immediate and collaborative action from key stakeholders and outlines the necessary actions to swiftly support and retain current staff as well as grow a strong and sustainable workforce into the future. It is informed by feedback from NADA members and aligns with key recommendations arising from the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Drug ‘Ice’ Report.
