Delegates to attend NADA special general meeting

NADA kindly requests delegates to attend the special general meeting, to be held on Tuesday 5 March at the Rydges Sydney Central Hotel located at 28 Albion Street, Surry Hills.
At this meeting, NADA proposes to put the following special resolution:
Amending the clause 5.3.4 (All Board Directors may only serve two (2) terms in succession) of the constitution to remove the limit of board director’s terms in succession.
The Board formed the view that this clause caused problems in terms of maintaining good Board members and also gave the membership an opportunity to have their say, through their voting process, as to how long a Board member should serve on the NADA Board. For further clarification, please email Larry Pierce before completing a proxy form or casting a vote at the General Meeting.
Motion: that clause 5.3.4 be changed to:
All Board Directors may serve unlimited terms in succession.

Please contact email Maricar Navarro or phone 02 8113 1305 for a Proxy Form or email  Larry Pierce if you have queries. Download the NADA Constitution 2018 [PDF].
NADA offer travel and accommodation subsidies as reimbursement grants to rural, regional or remote NADA members. View the travel subsidy guidelines for eligibility.
