Expressions of interest sought to fill a casual vacancy on the NADA Board of Directors

As reported at the NADA Annual General Meeting on 19 November 2018, there is a vacant role on the NADA Board of Directors. In line with section 5.4 of the NADA Constitution, the NADA board is looking to fill the casual vacancy and is seeking expressions of interest from a NADA member representative. The term of the casual vacancy would be until the next NADA AGM in November 2019, where there will be election for all NADA board positions.
If you are interesting in putting in an EOI, please provide the following information

  • Your name
  • Member organisation name
  • Role with organisation
  • Brief explanation of interest in representing NADA members on the board (no more than two paragraphs)
  • Skills and experience relevant to representation on the NADA board (no more than two paragraphs)

The NADA board will review EOIs at the 17 December board meeting, and report the outcome back to NADA members shortly thereafter.
