The purpose of the NADA member needs assessment [PDF] is to inform the development of NADA’s programs, services andadvocacy. NADA has compiled this document on behalf of its members.
This assessment has been undertaken through the annual NADA member and workforce surveys and regularengagement with members and member networks. A content analysis was undertaken with qualitativefeedback provided by NADA members. Additional information collected via our NADA’s strategic planningconsultation process has been included, where relevant and appropriate. Comparisons with the needsassessment from 2021 are also included. Additional information was received from members at the NADA2022 Annual General Meeting and results were then validated.
