Request for tender: NGO drug and alcohol aftercare services (community support program)—closes 7 May

HealthShare NSW, on behalf of Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, invite tenders for the provision of drug and alcohol aftercare services from suitable non government organisations (NGOs). The services to be supplied or performed in accordance with the Proposed NGO Funding Agreement include (but are not limited to) developing and implementing referral pathways and facilitating access to a range of community based health and non-health service providers for clients experiencing drug and alcohol issues. This includes linkage of clients into already funded programs across the domains of employment support / vocational training, social engagement and support in the community, and health providers within the Penrith and/or Hawkesbury LGAs.
