Sponsorship for the NADA Conference 2025 is now open

Promote your organisation at NADA Conference 2025: Strength in community to be held 5-6 June, at the ICC Sydney.

This conference will bring together delegates from NSW, the broader Australian alcohol and other drugs sector and related support services to showcase evidence-based practice that improve the lives of clients, consumers and the community. The conference provides a variety of opportunities for networking and sharing information about your service.

The NADA Conference 2025 provides a unique opportunity to raise the profile of your organisation and promote your work to a dynamic mix of local and national decision makers, stakeholders, key professionals and delegates providing alcohol and other drug services, support and treatment.

Sponsorship options and fees (including GST)

Following is a range of sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.

Corporate sponsorships

We have one (1) exclusive gold sponsorship package available.

Gold sponsorship package $5000 (including GST) includes:

∙ verbal acknowledgement as ‘gold’ corporate sponsor in the opening session
∙ conference display table in a prominent position with high foot traffic
∙ company logo displayed in the pocket program and the conference website as ‘gold’ sponsor
∙ morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea Day 1 and 2, welcome drinks for two delegates.
∙ two (2) full registration for the conference to access keynotes and program sessions including the conference dinner and awards ceremony
∙ 10% off additional registration conference tickets

Corporate sponsorship items
∙ conference display tables [PDF] from $1700 (places are limited!)
∙ merchandise table items for $700 (including GST) per item. An extra $100 for additional items.
∙ one full-page advertisement in the pocket program and online virtual platform $700 (including GST).

Not-for-profit sponsorship

NFP organisations must provide a copy of the certificate of registration for a not-for-profit, non-government organisation.

∙ conference display tables [PDF] from $700 (places are limited!)
∙ merchandise table items for $300 (including GST) per item. An extra $50 for additional items.
∙ one (1) full-page advertisement in the conference program $300 (including GST).

*Sponsorship does not include complimentary conference registrations.

NADA conference sponsorship will not be open to NADA members. Sponsorship provides the benefits of promotion and exposure to a large audience of conference attendees. Not all members are in a financial position to provide sponsorship, which means that the NADA membership do not have equitable access to the benefits that sponsorship brings.
