NADA Innovate RAP 2023-2025

Click to downloadAs the peak body for non-government AOD services in NSW, NADA is committed to reconciliation. Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2023-2025 outlines the practical actions that we will take to help build strong relationships between people within and outside First Nations communities.

RAPs set out timelines and deliverables for organisations to support the advancement of reconciliation work.

The theme for the 2023-2025 NADA RAP is ‘accountability’. We raise accountability as a primary theme of our vision for reconciliation, given the harmful consequences of non-First Nations workers not being accountable in reconciliation work. This RAP aims to promote accountability through setting out the ‘who’, ‘when’ and ‘what’ of reconciliation work.
